Position: UI/ UX HeadYears of Experience: 7+ YearsLocation: Hyderabad The UI/UX Head plays the strategic role of aligning the product’s roadmap with consumer/market needs, hereby, creating balanced and elegant product solutions amidst constraints in the product’s technical framework. Although the core focus of the Head of UX is the facilitation of product experience creation, he also assists in the ground product marketing and product advocacy guiding the consumers through the product experience and leading them to all of the product’s key usability points, hence, optimizing the consumers’ experience as a whole.Objectives and Responsibilities of the Head of UX• His leadership role involves building, leading, and growing a highly collaborative team• User Experience Design, Information Architecture (IA), Interaction Design, Visual Design or related fields in the design of web and mobile applications• Creation of pre-design phase artifacts such as journey maps, user stories, personas, wireframe, etc.• Proven ability in both Visual Design and Interaction Design for Enterprise Web/SaaS/Mobile applications• UI/UX Head monitors and drives the product all the way from creation of design concepts to the final launch of the product as well as post-launch monitoring and analysis.• Fluent with software tools for wireframes and prototypes such as Axure, Balsamiq, Invision and Sketch/Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator• Be able to create concepts & design for consumer grade application• Able to iterate rapidly and create multiple solutions. Soft skills• Receives, weighs, and integrates diverse feedback from a multi-disciplinary team• Strong Driver for Design Process in Organization• Engaging & convincing communication skills• Be able to justify & articulate design/concept with ease• Strong presentation skills• Strong Team Management Skill.
