Job Description

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and project goals. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience. Design and optimize user interactions and workflows, ensuring a seamless and intuitive navigation throughout the digital product. Apply user-centered design principles to iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis. Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility and implementation of design concepts, providing necessary design assets and specifications. Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency in design processes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UI/UX design, and incorporate them into design solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide design guidance, conduct design reviews, and promote a user-centered design culture.

Skills

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered design principles, and a variety of digital design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and information architecture.
• Experience conducting user research activities, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and translating findings into design solutions.
• Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles, with the ability to create designs that are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts, give and receive feedback, and work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
