    Job Description

    Work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to define and achieve holistic product objectives. Develop and provide thought leadership in the architecture of near and long term user experience visions for features and product lines across applicable devices. Consider and leverage all available insights including market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings in all design activities. Advocate for and follow the user-centered design in all design activities. Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups and prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors. Develop and maintain effective specifications and design patterns. Responsibly and effectively advocate for the customer in a corporate environment; fostering a shared understanding of the customer-centric intersection between design, content, business and marketing values. Provide mentorship for less experienced designers and interns. Scope design initiatives and manage/prioritize work items.

    Skills

    • At least 3 years of work experience in Interface Design, Interaction Design, or Information Architecture.
    • Should have proficiency in wireframing software such as Sketch (preferred)
    • A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions
    • Experience with designing end-user, web-based applications
    • Fluency in Information Architecture and Interaction Design
