Job Description

Produce high quality designs that meet the needs of System Soft Technologies and our clients Design exceptional graphics and mockups through the Adobe Creative Suite for internal and external clients Design PowerPoint decks and presentations for System Soft Technologies Confidently lead internal and external pitches Strong concepting abilities in addition to being able to create fluid design that tells a story Effectively create concepts that serve as the inspiration for one’s own designs that also meet the needs of the client Study design briefs and/or project outlines to assist in determining requirements for internal and external client projects Work alongside the internal department heads and self-manage one’s own projects after the task has been given Collaborate with design team on large scale client projects Own projects from concept phase and execution to completion. Have a positive attitude, be open to constructive criticism, and be able to amend designs if feedback is given Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Stay up to date on the latest design trends and have the ability to present new findings

Skills

• Strong concepting abilities to pull inspiration from one’s own personal aesthetic or another’s and create designs that challenge design thinking while also meeting the needs of the client
• Highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Creation of motion graphics within After Effects a plus
• Stunning portfolio of quality examples of your work as it relates to this position is mandatory
• Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from and to your peers
• Excellent communication skills

Job Description

Study project outlines to determining requirements for internal and client projects Conceptualize designs based on requirements from clients and SSTech Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Develop web design mockups that use appropriate colors and layouts Produce high quality designs that meet the needs of System Soft and our clients Work with copywriter and creative director to produce final designs Create responsive designs that look great on any device Have a positive attitude and be open to constructive criticism and be able amend designs if feedback is given Ensure all designs are visually appealing and on-brand Work with prototyping and mockup programs to provide visual and interactive representations of final products Stay up to date on the latest design trends and have the ability to present new findings

Skills

• Extensive experience with design and design concepts
• Extensive experience with design software such as Illustrator & Photoshop
• Working knowledge of CSS and HTML
• Experience working with prototyping software such as WebFlow
• A portfolio of quality examples of your work as it relates to this position
• Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from and to your peers
• Excellent communication skills
