Job Description

Strong understanding of 3ds max lighting and rendering in generating highly photorealistic lifestyle imagery/ video in accordance with the art direction, production deadlines and technical specifications Strong understanding of a 3D asset creation from modelling, texturing, shading to final finish of the asset as per styling requirements from the creative team. Collaborate with the Art Director and Concept Artists to develop look and feel of assets. Should be able to follow design reference accurately to create 3D models and lifestyle imagery. Should have a strong sense of scale, form, weight and volume. Uses artistic and technical skills to work on all aspects of CG content. Work diligently with a cohesive team of 3d artists within the full CG team. Perpetually follow the standards for files, file types and folder structures followed by the CG team. Should have the ability to quality check their own output as per the standards Researches and makes opportunities to learn new technologies and implement required efficient changes to workflow. Ability to manage and execute complex projects in many different stages. Be able to execute to the needs of the development teams, creative teams and project management teams. Understanding of 3D scanning and AR/VR technologies and workflows. Understands the principles and practices of physically based workflows and texturing.

Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing well-rounded skill set in modelling, texturing, shading, lighting, rendering and animation is a must.
• Mandatory-Expert knowledge of 3DsMax
• Mandatoy-Expert knowledge of Photoshop/ Substance
• Mandatory-Expert knowledge of V-Ray
• Mandatory-Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects/ Premiere Pro
• Mandatory-Experience in working with 3D effects such as Particles, fluids, collision dynamics and compositing. (3ds Max Fluids/ PheonixFD / Realflow,etc..)
• Mandatory-Experience in creating video walkthrough of 3D space (events/ store visualization) is a must
• Strong understanding of UV coordinate space and texture painting.
• Strong understanding of creating high quality photorealistic architecture structures and lifestyle imagery.
• Experience in creating both high-poly assets, experience in creating low-poly assets is a plus.
• Experience in compositing software like Houdini and Nuke
• Technical expertise
• Good with both written and oral communication
• High level of problem solving or creative thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
