Job Description

Design MindPeers for multiple target users across platforms. Work with the product manager to define/redefine the product statement and comes up with an execution plan. Coordinate with the Data science team to drive and design metrics-driven and user-centric solutions. Design stories and workflows for stakeholders to see how the project will take shape. Collaborate with engineering and other stakeholders to see the project through to shipping and roll out to the target audience. Following up on your designs after shipping and identifying the areas of improvement and take them to next level Defining the design patterns which will be followed across the team with new upcoming designers.
