Job Description

Create and design various materials for digital and print. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and user friendly. Conduct user research, testing, and evaluation to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement. Advise best practices and optimisations throughout design projects. Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software. Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines. Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques, and continuously evaluate and improve design processes. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, and demos. Implement feedback and changes whenever possible Create visualisations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

Skills

• Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma Indesign etc.
• Prior experience in the ITSoftware industry preferred
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
