Job Description

Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function look like. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Build page navigation buttons and search fields. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images. Own end-to-end design process and deliverables (including user personas, customer journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes) to effectively conceptualise and communicate design strategy and detailed interaction behaviours for all products. Understand target users deeply: develop or work from user profiles, conduct task analysis, create user scenarios or user stories, help to create and analyse user research. You will collaborate with Engineering and perform QAs to ensure design quality. You’ll also contribute to visual designs by producing the visual language for a product.

Skills

• Proficiency in prototyping and visual design programs such as Figma, Photoshop, Prototype, Adobe illustrator or similar design tools.
• Continued education and research into UX trends, current design strategy, and technologies.
• Portfolio of design projects.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
