Job Description

Develop and maintain a visually compelling online presence for StartInc. Working on multiple branding, marketing collaterals, print, publication and packaging design projects to create unique designs for our clients Create engaging social media posts, static video/GIF slates, and varied digital assets. Translate client needs and brand narratives into impactful and engaging visuals. Effectively communicate with clients to understand design needs and incorporate feedback. Proactively track industry trends, explore new technologies, and refine design skills. Collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams, clearly articulating design concepts and ensuring alignment. Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards Design brochures, press campaigns, catalogues, posters, and promotional materials with creativity Prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines with speed and efficiency. Conduct detailed reviews to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives. Take the lead in building a strong design team at StartInc Assist on client shoots and work on mood boards with the entire team Foster team-building activities and sessions to boost creativity and efficiency at the company

Skills

• Should have a passion for branding and an understanding of the role of design in building impactful brands.
• Should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Procreate, Canva, Inshots, Premier Pro, and other relevant design software.
• Should be fluent in speaking and writing English.
• Should know how to use video editing platforms like Inshots, Premier Pro etc. Any additional platform knowledge would be a plus point.
• Should have an understanding of the designing for social media, websites and brand collaterals.
• Should have effective communication skills to understand brand goals and incorporate feedback into content strategy.
• Should have basic knowledge of social media analytics to track post performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Should have creative thinking skills to generate unique and innovative content ideas aligned with the brand's identity.
• Should have efficient time management and leadership qualities
