Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, developers, and other stakeholders. Conduct and oversee user research activities to gather insights and inform design decisions. Utilize research findings to advocate for user-centric design solutions. Create intuitive and elegant user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups. Ensure consistency and coherence across all platforms and products. Foster a collaborative design environment, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing. Work closely with development teams to implement and iterate on designs. Plan and conduct usability testing to validate and refine design solutions. Analyze testing results and implement improvements based on feedback.

Skills

• Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a UX design team.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
