Job Description

Get involved in new project right from the pre-sales stage to understand the problem. Create Storyboard, wireframe and other design components to help build prototype of software solutions. Work within limitation of the time and budget to bring out world class experiences. Design interfaces – design visuals for appropriate look and feel of features and application functions, with close attention to branding, modern UI conventions, interaction design and overall user experience Communicate design rationale to stakeholders and continuously advocate for the end user Partner with project teams to perform user-centered design activities that actively involve users throughout all phases of a project to ensure product usability. Guide product decisions by conducting user research such as interviews and facilitating iterative feedback loops. Create user interaction design alternatives, and convey designs by building prototypes and style guides. Conduct iterative usability tests to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the designs. Diagnose and prioritize usability issues and refine designs or recommend changes. Contribute to the development of the UX design discipline through development of user-centred design best practices Participate in regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts

Skills

• Experience of around 1 year in UX Design
• Prefer Bachelors in engineering, not mandatory
• Well aware of UX approaches and methodologies - research, interviews, personas, task analysis, sitemap, wireframing and prototyping.
• Perceptiveness about information, alignment and the visual weight of UI elements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with feedback-driven iterative design process
• Translate user feedback and business requirements into mobile and web user interfaces.
