Job Description

We're looking for a really good UX and UI designer who actually knows the difference between UI and UX, can produce wireframes, prototypes and final designs fast and consistent, while having a reason (at least one) for everything he or she does. You will be working on a few internal products involving web and mobile apps, mainly targeting small and medium businesses: http://carbonate.sodainmind.com, http://hrsuite.sodainmind.com and, occasionally, a number of (rather high-profile) client projects to add some diversity. It would be a great plus if you include the following test assignments (wireframes will do, but you can go deeper) in your reply: A layout for the button panel in a lift of a 20-storey building. A button of infinite size. We'd love to hear from you.

Skills

To keep it simple, our requirements boil down to a few things that mean a lot:

• Ability to come up with a broad concept, and yet keep an eye for detail.
• Good communication and language skills; you will be a part-time copywriter, too.
• Ability to work iteratively, always having something to present.
• Work closely with the development team, making sure that your designs are implemented as you intend them to be.
