Design for Snapdeal’s app & mobile site to create a simple & hassle-free shopping and browsing experience for the buyer. Also, aim at creating a lasting connection between Snapdeal and its customers. Own, build, substantiate your work in partnership with Product Managers and bring user-centred design to ideas and products Present concepts to stakeholders and effectively communicate the conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale, both verbally and visually Mentor and coach a team of designers Contribute to the development of the creative team's culture and quality standards. Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

Skills

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite
• Proficient in all standard design and prototyping tools
• Preferably from consumer tech companies
• Good understanding of user-centred design
• Capable of coming up with out of the box ideas
• The ability to create animations is a bonus.

Skills

• Be proficient with Sketch or Adobe Suite
• Proficient in all standard design and prototyping tools
• 8+ experience of UI/UX design, preferably in consumer start-up
• Be interested in the way people choose and use products
