Job Description

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers. Develop sitemaps, detailed user flows, personas, and/or annotated low-fi & hi-fi wireframes and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Define visual style guides that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touch points such as colour palettes, typography systems, etc. Lead the strategy and design work on 1 - 2 client projects at a time. Take a human-centric approach while working for and with our clients. Advocate on their behalf, from day one to hand-off. Work autonomously, and in close collaboration with the team. Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects. Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback. Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas.

Skills

• Experience creating interfaces, digital experiences, or application design.
• Good at designing a brand experience across multiple platforms (web and mobile).
• Experience designing for a variety of industries including e-commerce, finance, healthcare, etc.

Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, presentations, and newsletters. Develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials. Work with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and ideas. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new design ideas. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of all designs. Review and make recommendations for improvements to existing designs. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques. Collaborate with other team members to ensure designs meet project requirements. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall quality of the team's output.

Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with creating designs for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute creative solutions. Would be solely in-charge of executing all design related activities. Design intuitive interfaces and craft authentic experiences with business goals in sight. Brings ideas to the table and explains his/her point of view and takes/gives feedback and direction. Balances multiple projects simultaneously and meets deadlines. Has a firm understanding of information architecture and UX design. Sketches and wireframes digital experiences. Creates user flows, workflow mappings, and other communication collaterals. Conduct research, user study, and usability testing. Delivers clear information architecture in all deliverables Design consistent interfaces and experiences across multiple devices. Works closely with stakeholders to design new features from the ground up

Skills

• Preferably someone who has delivered successful designs for responsive web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Excellent interaction skills with the ability to communicate and present his/her work clearly.
• Readily gives and receives constructive feedback.
• Some experience using tools such as Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD, Figma and Zeplin.
