Job Description

Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Assist in conducting user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups using industry-standard design tools. Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to improve design iterations. Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with user experience goals. Assist in maintaining and updating design guidelines, patterns, and style guides. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Skills

• Current enrolment in a relevant degree program, such as Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or Graphic Design.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Figma, or similar tools.
• Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to receive feedback and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and thought process is required.
