Job Description

Manage consistencies in brand identity among new business pitches and program presentations Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns across a variety of print and digital media. Have strong aesthetics and ability to oversee design (i. e. Social media creatives, blog posts, website banners, event posters, greetings, icons, emailer, brochures etc. ). Manage production of all digital & print pieces from conception to completion. Create visual designs that effectively communicate the brand identity. Create and maintain presentation templates, brochures, handouts, for company-wide use Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Digital Marketing Team, Operations, Business Development, etc. ) to understand business goals for existing and future programs and projects

Skills

• A portfolio of compelling design work.
• Strong skills in visual design, graphic design, Illustration skills & animation
• Experience with print media/editorial design will be a big plus.
• Proficiency with software tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
• Knowledge of Motion graphic design, creating explainer videos, visual animations will be added advantage
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Create user-centric designs by considering customer feedback, and usability findings Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing use cases, high-level requirements Conduct usability studies and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions. Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of web & mobile applications Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to effectively conceptualise and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviour

Skills

• Proven experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer or similar role
• A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centric design solutions
• A thorough understanding of information architecture and interaction models.
• Awareness and understanding of design guidelines such as material design, flat design etc.
• Passion for learning and always improving yourself and the team around you
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience is a plus
• Knowledge of web based UI development technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS etc. is a plus
