Job Description

Establish brand guidelines for both product and marketing teams. Establish the visual design language for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices, apps, and any other devices. Ensuring our product designs are on-brand and aligned with product goals, established design strategies, and modern design trends. Produce design artifacts and production-ready assets for product development. Create, organize and manage assets (Design Systems) for easier hand-off to the development teams. Design logos, icons, and infographics. Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and web standards. Designing components, and tokens on Figma for easier collaboration within the design team. A keen eye for aesthetics & attention to detail. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. Take in constructive feedback and produce quality work. Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and engineering teams.

Skills

• Strong visual design skills including layout, information architecture, color palettes, typography, and iconography.
• Should have solid experience using Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines.
• The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously.
• Experience with illustrations, transitions, motion design, and dynamic interaction.
