Job Description

The UX/UI Designer will be involved in all UX design phases, including research, prototyping, testing, and design. The successful applicant will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver quality products. Know your target audience and their preferences, Conduct user research to gather insights into user behaviour. Strive for a clean and minimalist design, Avoid unnecessary elements that may clutter the interface. Maintain consistency in design elements such as colours, fonts, and spacing. Prioritize information based on importance, Ensure text is easy to read with appropriate font sizes and contrast. Design interfaces that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes. Provide visual feedback for user actions, Use affordances to indicate interactive elements. Create a logical and intuitive flow for users to navigate through the interface.

Skills

• Proficiency with UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in designing and conducting user testing, analyzing user feedback, and incorporating results into UX design solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery and how they affect UI design
• Ability to keep up with design trends and incorporate them into current design practices.
• Keep up with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
