Job Description

Conduct user research to understand target audiences, their behaviors, needs, and preferences. Analyze user feedback, usability testing results, and data-driven insights to inform design decisions. Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to guide design strategies. Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with branding guidelines and project objectives. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and interactions. Develop a consistent design language, including typography, color schemes, and iconography. Collaborate with graphic designers and illustrators to incorporate visual elements into the interface. Design intuitive and user-friendly interactions that enhance the overall user experience. Define information architecture, navigation structures, and interaction patterns. Optimize user flows and task flows to minimize friction and maximize user efficiency. Ensure accessibility and inclusivity by adhering to accessibility standards and guidelines. Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts with stakeholders and users. Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing results

Skills

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and demonstrating your design process.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, and composition.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts and capabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
