Job Description

Design Ops - you’ll be responsible for delivering design outcomes and participating as a design stakeholder in projects from start to end including activities like analysis, sketches, storyboards, wire-framing/mockups, prototyping and testing etc. Vision - Promote the design vision throughout the company, ensuring we stay true to that vision as we scale. Also, ensuring to create user experience goals, priorities, and design artefacts that align with the vision. Design evangelist - you'll be a strong voice for design in the product teams and, indeed, the entire company. You'll also facilitate things like team meetings, design critiques, workshops and coordinate/assist multiple projects to completion, and drive adoption of user experience practices. Advocate for users – you’ll play an integral part in analysing and gathering insights about people/users and design based on their attitudes, emotions & behaviour

Skills

• You have a broad understanding of experience design concepts and the ability to reason the design decisions
• A fair understanding of balancing user needs with business strategy.
• Proficiency in fundamental visual & interaction design principles.
• Experience in driving projects independently from beginning to end
• Effective skills in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, InVision, Photoshop & Illustrator etc.
• Outstanding verbal/written communication and team working skills.

Skills

• You have experience leading, coaching and mentoring teams of designers
• You have broad understanding of experience design and the ability to reason the design decisions
• Excellent grasp of balancing user needs with business strategy
• Experience of delivering UX independently from beginning to end, as well as driving UX processes from end to end
• Advanced skills in interactive and design tools such as: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop & Illustrator
• Outstanding communication and team working skills.
• A solid portfolio demonstrating a history of crafting phenomenal multi-channel experiences
• Familiarity with content strategy, content management, taxonomy and large-scale digital publishing
• Experience facilitating design thinking workshops or other design discovery methods

Job Description

The ideal candidate should know the Schneider Electric Design Guidelines and design tand implement the UX based on that. Usage of SE UI bricks, contribution to UI bricks will be an expected from the candidate.

Skills

• 3+ years in UX design & Development for mobile applications.
• Expertise in UX design tools, - Adobe Ilustrator, Photoshop & proto.io
• Knowledge and adaptation of Schneider Electric Design Guildelines.
• Implementation in HTML & CSS, the approved UX design
• Independently handling of UX design tasks for multiple projects.
• Experience in process and agile practices and contributions.
• Good team player.
