Approach problems holistically. Have some experience in working with gathering user requirements, generating design options and presenting those options to design and product stakeholders at various stages in the process. Have a strong point of view and be able to articulate and communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders. Work with us on delighting the user with superb visuals that stand out. You have an eye for detail and care about creating beautiful, visually consistent designs. Keeping in mind the user requirements at all times. Articulate the “why” behind every design decision of yours. Work in interaction details that make the product not only usable but also enjoyable to use. Conduct user research and usability testing to discover the problems we need to focus on and to validate design changes.

Skills

• Experience working with Figma.
• Fundamental design skills, including knowledge of typography, composition, and color.
• Motivation to create design concepts with minimal oversight and evolve your designs over the course of the project, while still being able to take creative direction from stakeholders.
• Ability to provide multiple creative solutions to problems.
• Great attention to detail while having an open mind for creativity exploration.
• Deep understanding of sarcasm.
