Job Description

Create, evaluate, and modify low and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to support evolving software application development. Develop user profiles, with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation, and task and objective analyses, act as an advocate of the end users Assist in developing design concept and implementation, providing input on user design considerations. Develop and apply software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems. Produce specifications describing user requirements and internal structures for product in development.

Skills

• Portfolio of innovative design work with focus on interaction as well as visual design
• Hands-on experience with building user interfaces in the domain of enterprise scale business software (preferred), or other domains
• Working knowledge of Scrum, Test Driven Development
• Very good communication skills in English (oral and written)

Job Description

You would be needed to work with a team of highly technical and motivated developers. You should be able to collaborate and work with teams spread across geographies and time zones. Should be able to build an end-to-end understanding of features across various components. Adhere to the practices and processes followed by the team.

Skills

• Hands on experience in building Web applications using SAP UI5 (or other UI technology), OO JavaScript, Typescript, ES6, HTML5, CSS, ReactJs or AngularJs
• Background in web and application design
• Hands on experience on UI Automation testing with Mocha, Cypress automation or equivalent.
• Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge on Object Oriented Programming Principles, Design Patterns, coding best practices
• Experience on cloud-based application development would be an advantage
• Knowledge on RDBMS and/or NodeJS based backend development would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Fiori Design Guidelines is a plus

Have knowledge of Scrum methodology and Agile practices Have proficiency in UI technologies: SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, JavaScript, CSS, SQL and restful Webservices, overall web developemnt. Be accountable for the software that should be supported and maintained for years to come. Focus on quality, with attention to detail on impact of changes on other areas of the Enterprise Application. Must possess technical Skills, communication skills, and independent decision making skills. Willingness for lifelong learning in combination with being curious about new technologies

Skills

• A proven track record in software development or experience with programming that is demonstrated by existing projects
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery concepts and tools such as github, Jenkins and Kubernetes
• Ability to quickly adopt and acquire new skills in relevant areas and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong desire to work in high performing team with independent planning & execution responsibilities.
• Other core competencies required are quality focus, customer focus, innovative thinking, change agility, good in written and oral communication skills.
