Job Description

Participate in product design across android, iOS and web (both mobile and desktop).Feel comfortable in discussions that take concepts through to production.Partner with developers to oversee tha the user experience is simple, straightforward, and elegant.Work directly with developers to deliver high quality product specs and assets.Continued definition of our design process and tools.

Skills

• A good portfolio of web & mobile product design that has been built and shipped to users. If you have worked with applications that lists a lot of information that's a plus.
• Proven ability to execute on visual and interaction details.
• Excellent communication skills - you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions, at Saltside our main language is English.
• Familiar with technical challenges on Android and iOS.
• Dig simplicity and appreciate how hard it is to achieve it.
• Always looking for the pixel perfect design and pays great attention to details.
• If you don't have an education, that's OK! We take pride in a person who is self taught, curious, fast learner and fast to respond.
• We work mainly in Sketch on Mac together with Invision. For some specific tasks we use both Photoshop and Illustrator, so you should be able to master those.
