Job Description

Provide thought leadership on usability and user-centered design principles and help with the implementation and delivery of delightful customer experiences Lead projects from a UX perspective, defining strategy, analyzing data models, and deriving best practices, defining innovative solutions, feature/functionality, navigation, and interaction models Create and develop Omnichannel UX deliverables: wireframes, sitemaps, functional specifications, templates, user journeys, flows, personas, detailed site audits, etc. Work closely with teams to ensure projects are delivered on strategy, on time, on budget Help define the research process and lead/participate in user testing as needed

Skills

• Creativity is connecting interaction concepts and models – proven hands-on experience and expertise with the latest tools (Sketch, Axure Pro, etc.)
• Deep hands-on understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to the website, mobile, and other latest technologies in the product development
• Keen attention to detail, and refining deliverables beyond expectations
• Ability to describe and defend the value of UX to internal team members and to clients
• Ability to collaborate extensively with the team, participate and lead client meetings
• Able to adapt approach and process to fit project goals, timelines, and other parameters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship a new feature
