Job Description

Conceptualize and design impactful visual branding elements that align with outlined design goals and brand aesthetics. Apply your expertise in typography, layout, and composition to produce compelling designs. Design a wide array of digital assets, including logos, brand assets, banners, social media graphics, display ads, infographics, and more. Produce high-quality creative assets adhering to brand guidelines, aimed at capturing attention and driving engagement. Craft visually compelling campaign materials that seamlessly blend design and messaging to resonate with target audiences. Effective and timely management of assigned projects/tasks as directed Ability to incorporate feedback/suggestions and build upon the ideas of others.

Skills

• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Should be eager to learn new software/tools and pick up new skills as required.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Proven experience in branding and design work
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and versatility.
• Experience in creating visually compelling designs for a variety of digital platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is a plus.
• Previous experience within a performance marketing or digital advertising agency is an added plus.
