Define the user flow, low and high-fidelity mocks, detailed interaction specs, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Define the look and feel of our user interface, and create exceptional UI Art and groundbreaking graphic interfaces for the experiences we are crafting Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant. Independently design solutions: concepts, wireframes, and prototypes while iterating based on your research, team feedback, and user feedback. Adapt designs across platforms and form factors with an understanding of the opportunities and limitations of different platforms and form factors. Work through ambiguity to take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable Work closely with stakeholders to understand and define UX goals for new and evolving features Clearly articulate design decisions to a vast set of internal stakeholders Give and solicit feedback to continually raise our bar for quality. Research and design using state-of-the-art design principles, examples, and tools, as needed Support pipeline development, UI screen implementation and iteration of UI toolset within the game engine Assist as needed with the creation of internal presentations and other rhythm-of-the-business materials Responsible for maintaining assets from creation to shipping

Skills

• 2-5+ years of experience in user experience design, UI art, graphic design, or visual design
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic and illustration design sensibilities for interactive applications, and attention to detail

Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator in particular) and other design tools
• Experience in a variety of prototype tools such as Sketch, Invisionapp, and InDesign
• Exceptional understanding of fundamental graphic design principles (typography, color, iconography, layout, grid, hierarchy, animation, composition)
• Proficiency in iterative UI/UX design Wireframes, Concepts, and Style Development
• Critical eye for attention to detail and pixel perfection
• Demonstrable understanding of visual and user experience design disciplines and principles
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Ability to deliver high-quality work on tight schedules
• Ability to work autonomously, think proactively, and be creative and flexible when faced with constraints
• Ability to lead multiple projects and tasks at a time
• Strong creative problem solver that challenges the status quo
• Experience designing on multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Mobile, Web, Desktop, AR, VR, etc)
