Job Description

- Work with the product managers in developing and designing the product solution strategy ensuring excellent user experience through different design offerings- Create user-centered design solutions that promote ease of use, best in class interaction design, and optimized user experience- Research to understand user behavior and use those insights to deliver the best design- Logical thinking to understand complex machine learning and artificial intelligence driven products

Skills

- Strong design experience with some understanding of B2B as well as B2C space
- Passion to simplify products through design
- Ability to tell compelling stories about your designs
- Good understanding of Information Architecture
- Ability to quickly turn around rigorous wire-frames and mock-ups in an iterative environment
- Ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences
- Sense of design aesthetics, and a natural propensity towards simplification over complication
- Ability and passion to design for the business user and yet keep the human interaction approach
- Collaborate with cross functional team product managers, developers, and designers
- Expert in using wireframing and design tools like, sketch, photoshop and illustrator

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in the field of Design or relevant areas, preferrably from Tier-1 institutes (IITs/NIDs/NIFTs)
- 0 to 4 Years of professional experience
