Job Description

Solve complex enterprise problems through simple visual experience. Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using these methods. Conceptualize, design and assist with implementing highly engaging and intuitive user interface and user experience solutions. Take ownership of one or more parts of the product user experience, designing the interactions and interfaces. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers and designers. Participate in user experience research and usability studies. Conduct user interviews with the stakeholders and customers Developing personas and usage scenarios. Participate in regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts. Analyze usage analytics and drive design solutions to enhance the product experience. Set direction, give guidance to the UX team and mentor them to bring best design solutions.

Skills

• Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD and other design tools like Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3 code & basic development practices will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate both a great sense of UX and visual design across SaaS & Web applications.
• Has an excellent grasp on the different design principles and knows when and how to apply them in designs.
• Self-starter, who can manage projects in a fast-paced environment and remain focused amidst frequently changing requirements.
• Careful attention to detail, as well as ability to grasp multiple product requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Engineers and Marketing in a geographically dispersed setup.
