Collaborate with Visual Design team on challenging design projects with creative solutions. Follow and contribute to the development of design standards and guidelines for Resideo products across desktop, web, and mobile. Develop design specifications, create and deliver icons and graphics. Communicate effectively with other designers and technical experts
Skills
- Bachelor's (or a Masters) degree in design or Fine Arts with 2-4 years of professional work experience.
- Should have a strong hold on various design tools like Sketch, Adobe CC, as well as prototyping tools used across different platforms ( web, mobile-iOS/Android).
- Proficient in Design Principles (Typography, Composition, Scale, Colour theory among others) and applying them in day to day projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative AGILE software development environment.
- Strong presentation and verbal, visual communication skills.
