You will be creating Magic. You will be a part of creating a global brand which is there in the top 3 brands of the world (Why Not?) Since we are into e-commerce of energy, the need for energy will never vanish. And it is our dream to create a brand where we stand for something larger than ourselves. You will be designing to provide a solution, to communicate a value proposition and not just aesthetics (well we expect you to be a master of basics) You will be working closely with the Brand and Marketing head where you will be a part of the strategic meetings where you are expected to take the brief of the campaigns/creatives/stories, visualize and deliver the communication which our audience will connect with And Last, You will be changing the world and showing your magic (We know this for sure)

Skills

• Planning and scheduling your work, structured working style (As creativity without structure is a mess). We love sincere artists
• A good psychologist who knows what people(team/customers) think and want.
• Willing and able to set high standards and a Mastery over execution (Ideas without action and execution are a delusion)
• Research-minded: researching the new trends in the design world and how to communicate effectively through design
• Well versed in graphics, typography, layouts, and understand/ Know illustrations (as we work on all forms of design which helps us communicate effectively), a basic understanding UI/UX (additional)
• Obsessive curiosity about products, people and brand building.
• A sense of humor and carrying enthusiasm to work, everyday!
