Job Description

Work closely with a cross-functional team that includes business stakeholders, business analysts, engineering team, product owners and project managers to create intuitive user experiences. Conduct UX workshops with business stakeholders to understand business and user requirements Leverage various Design Thinking methods such as user research methods, userinterview persona modeling, customer journey mapping, scenario storyboarding etc. Brainstorm, ideate based on the research findings and translate requirements into conceptual designs lo-fidelity wireframe,s and design superior and intuitive user experiences Work with interaction designers, and visual designers to create hi-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes Lead usability testing sessions with end users, collect feedback and create report findings Present concepts/designs/findings to business stakeholders with effective communication and presentation skills Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of signed-off designs

Skills

• Create users centered designs considering user research, business requirements, feedback, analytics and technical limitations
• Conceptualize design options based on the initial requirements captured
• Create lo-fidelity wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, and clickable interactive prototypes and present them to the stakeholders effectively
• Create designs with RWD principles with industry best practices, interaction models
• Communicate ideas and concepts to various stakeholders with good presentation skills
• Strong Hands-on experience & Understanding of HTML5, CSS, SCSS and Bootstrap-5, JavaScript
• Collaborate with the development team to help implement UX design properly
• Strong working experience using tools such as Adobe XD/Sketch/Figma, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, and Axure.
