Job Description

Contribute to a UX research program that is aligned with business goals and objectives, applying systems thinking to agile project planning for iterative and efficient deliveries that can generate business value. Facilitate collaborations and interactions between cross-functional teams (product, design, tech, operations and marketing) to ensure a user-centered approach to product development. Mentor, and support researchers in upgrading their research skills to execute self initiated user studies to evangelize best research practices across the organization . Experience in leading, planning, executing and supervising multiple, large and complex generative and evaluative studies alone and in teams successfully. Redefine problem statements and generate hypotheses based on quant data and stakeholder discussions. Experiment with a wide variety of research methodologies to identify unarticulated user insights Effective storytelling to help cross functional team members and business stakeholders empathize with end users and step into their shoes. Take charge of building a thriving beta testing group - Recruit and engage beta testers for new features and continuous feedback Effective and tailored communication for quick processing of user insights by varied levels of stakeholders.

Skills

• Strong understanding of human-centered design (HCD) and design thinking approach to innovation and problem solving. Ability to think and analyze at a systems level, considering the interrelated components of the system, their impact on users, product and the business
• In depth understanding of the applications and shortcoming of different research methods including when and how to apply them during each phase of the product life cycle
• Highly analytical with a nag to dive deeper into the nuances and identify otherwise unspotted insights
• Methodical, meticulous and organized in project management to prioritize and execute multiple studies and requests in parallel
• Effective communication skills including written, verbal and presentation to manage stakeholders at varied levels of the organization and mentoring other researchers in the team.
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiatives
• Background in conducting UX audits, including heuristic evaluations and accessibility evaluations. An exposure to Service design will be a plus and provide an edge

Collaborate with design team & content writers to develop video and motion graphics, Participate in design briefs with stake holder to identify their needs Create storyboards, and video flow as per the brief Work under a tight timeline in a fast-paced environment Discover and implement emerging technologies, plug-ins, and software Should be able to lead and manage video projects when it's required To think creatively and conceptually. Should be detail-oriented, responsive and take end-to-end ownership from an operations standpoint.

Skills

• A good eye for type, color, fonts, and movement is essential
• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator. Knowledge of 3d software is a plus.
• Some experience in production elements like videography is a definite plus
