Job Description

User Research Conduct user research to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points. Utilize this knowledge to inform design decisions and create user-centered interfaces. Wireframing and Prototyping Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively. Iterate designs based on feedback and testing. UI Design Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Ensure designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and industry best practices. User Testing Collaborate with the product team to conduct usability testing and gather user feedback. Use data-driven insights to improve and refine designs. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure the successful implementation of your designs. Design Documentation Prepare and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications, to ensure design consistency throughout the development process.

Skills

• Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in designing digitally.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and problem-solving abilities. The portfolio should demonstrate a range of projects and highlight your design process.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma. Knowledge of prototyping tools like InVision, or similar is a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
