Job Description

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for QuickMetrix's modules - including social media ticketing, ORM, Reporting & Analytics, Publishing, and Automated reports / alerts. Advocate for user centred design principles and conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points, translating insights into intuitive design solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions that enhance the overall user experience. Develop visually appealing designs that adhere to brand guidelines while enhancing the usability and aesthetic appeal of our products. Stay updated with the industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI design to continuously improve our products and processes.

Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design projects and process
