Job Description

Collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for various digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and other interactive products. Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and ideas. Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and stakeholder input. Ensure consistency and adherence to established design guidelines and best practices. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies and apply them to enhance design processes and deliverables. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts and provide support during the development phase. Assist in the creation and maintenance of design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.

Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Figma.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of visual design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and iconography.
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of UI/UX design.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
