Working with CSS, Databases, Node.js, HTML, CRMs and other popular open source libraries, you’ll have a direct impact on the customer experience for our customers and end users. This role requires a technocrat, a coder with love for improving UI/UX design and web communications. We are looking for a web developer/designer with experience in front end web development, who is ready for the best work of his/her life. Here’s a chance to shape one of the most exciting EdTech & FinTech startups in India.An indicative list of responsibilities is as follows: - Create and manage website layout/user interface- Design landing pages, emails, newsletters for various marketing/branding campaigns - Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicateinteraction and design ideas- Maintaining, expanding, and scaling our WordPress based website- Maintaining our online learning portal and provide necessary technical support- Coordinate with development agency and troubleshoot issues in real time- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs- Create and maintain software documentation- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operationsand activities- Coordinate with different teams i.e. product/content development, marketing and sales

Skills

- Proven working experience in web programming
- Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, cross-browser compatibility, responsive/mobile-friendly
design
- Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages like,
o HTML5
o CSS3
o PHP
o MySQL
o JavaScript
o Node.js
o Angular.js
o MongoDB
o JQuery
o Front End Developer
o API Integration

- Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation process
- Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
- We love right skills and know-how more than the formal academics, but formal education in Computer Science is an added advantage.
