Job Description

Lead, Analyse and test design solutions. Coordinate with other teams (Engineering, Marketing & Product managers) to address brand, technology, and business requirements. Plan and execute competitor, market, and customer research. Assist in the design and facilitation of client workshops to understand and inspire our product vision. Gather and translate customer and business requirements into defined specifications. Develop and maintain information architecture and prototyping deliverables that push the boundaries of incredible experience. Define innovative user interfaces that result in improved user experience/productivity.

Skills

• Passionate about creating great user experiences and other areas of design and innovation.
• Excellent design skills with a clean, simple aesthetic
• portfolio showcasing strong visual design and interface design skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a natural ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
• Should be able to work in result driven environment, with data-driven approach
• Proficient with Rapid Prototyping and visualisation tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
• Expert in Understanding UI/UX Design principles
• Experience in creating web based and mobile applications.
• Must have portfolio depicting UX skills and UI Design skills.
