Job Description

Design and deliver visually appealing and user-centric designs for website and web applications considering both UI and UX principles. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iteratively improve current and new designs. Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to illustrate design concepts and functionalities. Define the architectural structure and organization of digital assets to optimize user flow and navigation. Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces, incorporating style guide and maintaining design consistency. Collaborate with the engineering team and the rest of the stakeholders to create seamless user experiences. Assist in the creation and refinement of design systems and pattern libraries. Ask smart questions, take risks, and bring new ideas. Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams.

Skills

• Portfolio of UI/UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar tools.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces.
