Job Description

Work with partners in product management, design, development and across the organization to envision and execute on new and improved user experiences Work with senior UI/UX designers to define goals and requirements Collaboratively create, evaluate, and refine ideas and concepts Work closely with fellow designers and developers in Agile sprint teams to implement designs Assist in designing functional yet elegant experiences Mentor junior staff Active participation in design sessions Other duties as assigned

Skills

• General experience in UI/UX design required
• Expertise with at least one design platform (Web, iOS, Android)
• Proficiency of visual design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• Basic understanding of prototyping tools such as Invision, Adobe XD, or Axure
• Experience in and/or aptitude and willingness to learn the following programs
• Sketch (Preferred)
• Figma
• Lucid
• Adobe XD
• Bootstrap (Nice to Have)
• Understanding of source code management Understanding of software engineering principles
• Competent with environment setup.
• Basic level of self-sufficiency in maintaining one’s own environment
• Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to company specific tools for configuration and deployment
• Ability to understand the business impact of changes
