Job Description

Conceptualize, design, and produce visually appealing print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other promotional materials. Maintaining the brand's consistency across all designs and printed materials. Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives and brand guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, curriculum, and product development, to ensure designs effectively support their respective goals. Plans and illustrates concepts by designing layouts of the art regarding arrangement, size, style, and related aesthetics Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets, making them easily accessible for future reference and collaboration.

Skills

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, PPT and other relevant tools.
• Good communication skills (in English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and incorporate it into design iterations.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
