Job Description

Collaborate with project contributors, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to create user-focused concepts and interactive solutions for web-based interfaces. Maintain expert-level knowledge of competitive products and experiences Effectively communicate concepts with authority and conviction Test conceptual designs and iterate on them with clients and prospects Plan and run usability testing, synthesizing the results into actionable recommendations Develop detailed deliverables and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate UX designs and product requirements Research and resolve issues using appropriate resources Define the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features. Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Gauge the usability of products and making constructive suggestions for change Planning and estimating work Plan, run and synthesize qualitative & quantitative user research Contributes to Design System

Skills

• Proficiency with UX prototyping experience with tools like Figma, Axure.
• Experience creating user journeys, personas, scenarios, navigational maps, flow diagrams, wireframes and prototypes
• Experience planning and running usability testing and synthesizing the results into actionable recommendations
• Expertise in Design Thinking and Lean UX principles & techniques
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Interest in tracking user metrics to inform design decisions.
• Experience with Agile practices
• Mobile design (native & web) experience preferred.
• Experienced and comfortable working with Agile development teams
• Demonstrated experience in crafting usable digital interfaces
• Working knowledge of the business or domain area
• Must have a portfolio of past design work
