Job Description

Lead the design process for new features and enhancements, from conceptualization to deployment, focusing on user experience, functionality, and visual coherence. Conduct comprehensive user research to understand the behaviors, needs, and motivations of our players, utilizing this data to inform design decisions and strategies. Develop detailed user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, employing a user-centered design methodology. Facilitate user testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability, engagement, and satisfaction. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content creators to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical constraints and project goals. Advocate for design best practices and standards within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in design quality. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in gaming, VR, and UI/UX design, integrating innovative design approaches and technologies to enhance user experience.

Skills
