Job Description

Assist in the design and production of various digital and print materials, including but not limited to website graphics, social media assets, email templates, presentations, brochures, videos and advertisements. Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Translate concepts into visually compelling designs while ensuring consistency across all platforms and mediums. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions that meet business goals and deadlines. Maintain and organize design files and assets for easy access and retrieval. Implement A/B testing and iterative design processes to optimize graphics and user experiences for maximum impact on lead generation and conversion rates. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• A passion for design and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Work within brand guidelines and brainstorm to create layouts and graphics that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints. Experience with transitions, animation, motion design and dynamic interaction Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation and negotiation skills. Stay up-to-date with design application changes and industry developments Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to help create a best-in-class global product.

Skills

• Understanding of the creative process, text fonts, colors and professional design work
• Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Canva. Nice-to-have: AfterEffects and Illustrator
• Prior relevant work experience as a Visual Designer is a nice-to-have
• Adequate communication skills
• Can work effectively with internal teams
