Job Description

User-centred design: Create user-centred designs by considering competitor analysis, data, technical constraints/opportunities, compliance requirements, and user feedback. Rapid prototyping: Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualise and communicate new ideas. Competitive research: Stay up to date with competitor products, their features, and industry trends in order to incorporate them into the design process. Iterative design: Perform UI/UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimize the customer/user experience on a recurring basis. Quality assurance: Test and audit the current website to ensure that code configuration, and creatives are set up in a way to maximize user experience. Communication: Communicate effectively with different departments (marketing, developers, and product managers) to understand their needs and goals. Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are thoroughly implemented. Design systems: Create seamless design systems to promote consistency and efficiency across the product. Best practices: Apply best practices and industry standards in UI/UX design to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Design guidelines: Create design guidelines and templates to follow.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
• Experienced in Prototyping, Wireframing, Visual Design, User Research etc.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD or similar software.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with usability testing and user research techniques.
• Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, Back-end Development logics and SEO
• Strong communication & time management skills
