Job Description

Understand and have worked in a modern Agile software delivery practice, ideally for business applications, and you will have some examples of the contributions you've made. You have a strong sense of visual design principles including the use of tone, colour and best practice user interface design across multiple platforms. Research skills and familiarity with conducting user research. The ability to develop an expert understanding of the customer and market needs to inform the design of your products. An accomplished user of Figma and Mural or other industry standard design tools that allow you to bring the solutions to life and create wireframes, sitemaps, user journeys, data modelling and prototypes of varying fidelity. Strong presentation, organisational and time management skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a matrix environment

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as story kick off, stand-ups, retrospectives and showcase
• Practicing the use of Agile / Lean and Continuous delivery practices to collaboratively deliver software
• Visualise what a delightful user experience looks like to the business
• Work with the teams, facilitating workshops to solve customer problems
• Review and give feedback to development teams as designs are implemented.
• Drive ongoing, incremental improvement through continuous learning, questioning the status quo and trying out creative and novel ideas to be competitive in the marketplace.
