Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs for diverse marketing materials Lead creative projects, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and delivering high-quality visual solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and translate them into impactful visuals Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement Stay abreast of industry trends, integrating innovative design elements into projects Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining design excellence Implement user-centric design principles to enhance the overall user experience in digital and print materials

Skills

• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Capability to work collaboratively as well as independently with minimum supervision
• Experience in developing creative strategies that meet client's business goals and convey the intended message
• Expertise in crafting visual narratives and storytelling that conveys messages in a powerful and impactful manner
• Knowledge of UX design, interactive design, and digital design platforms is preferred
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in a variety of design mediums such as branding, typography, publication, digital design, and animation
