Job Description

Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for a variety of projects, including branding, print and digital collateral, web design, social media graphics, packaging, and more. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects, ensuring that all designs align with the company's visual identity, messaging, and target audience. Translate project requirements and client briefs into engaging, high-quality designs that effectively communicate the desired message and achieve project objectives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail and quality. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually refine and improve design skills and ensure the company's designs remain fresh and relevant. Provide constructive feedback to other team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative, and creative working environment. Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders.

Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including branding, print and digital collateral, web design, and packaging.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of additional design tools, web design, or motion graphics is a plus.
