Job Description

Conduct user research for discovery and product definition, and multiple methods of formal and informal user evaluations Excellent grasp of balancing user needs with business strategy Experience of delivering UX independently from beginning to end, as well as driving UX processes from end to end Advanced skills in interactive and design tools such as: Figma, Sketch,Photoshop & Illustrator Outstanding communication and team working skills. A solid portfolio demonstrating a history of crafting phenomenal multi-channel experiences You understand how to work successfully and collaborate within both Experience Design and Cross-Functional teams on technical and strategic projects You have broad understanding of experience design and the ability to reason the design decisions Expertise in core UX disciplines including information architecture, interaction design, application of design systems, and UI design Guide effective documentation and communication of design - via wireframes, mockups, prototypes and user stories Create storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups & prototypes to guide design & development Synthesize user testing data & collaborate with stakeholders; iterate designs rapidly based on learnings. Facilitate Product Head's and Product Managers' visions by ideating, researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products. Design and deliver user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, including Web, Online and Mobile Apps. Identify design problems and deliver elegant solutions. Take an end user-centered design frame and come up with rapid iterations post feedback

Skills

• Atleast 1-2 years of professional experience (either full time or as an intern) in designing UIs, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Good to have 2-3 years of experience in delivering design of an existing Mobile App as well as Web product
