Create global standard, high quality, large scale projects including digital, graphics, content, editorials & publications, films, product design and many more new-age design heavy assets Dissect briefs and deliver high impact creative execution Understand and work on received design strategy and visual narratives for a highly diverse set of projects Present your ideas using storyboards, concept boards, understanding of colours and other relevant digital tools Get exposure to global design thinking, graphic systems while alongside creative team leads Develop one of it’s kind and vast variety of graphic mega designs that shatters and creates a niche Work proactively on projects with global high design thinking and deliver impactful designs with crisp timelines

Skills

1. Skilled in new age design tools and relevant ones like Adobe Suite’s - Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects with an eye for composition, color, design, space design and details.
2. Strong knowledge of design, graphic design, publication design, brand development, and design thinking;
3. Exceptional feel for typography, colour, visuals, layouts, concept and design;
4. Experience in developing and working according to new age design systems;
5. Good communication skills to drive engaging presentations and present ideas to team members and the creative director;
6. Solve challenges in new and better ways;
7. You are social, forward, unpretentious and have the desire to get better;
8. A solid point of view and an open mind to work together and collaborate as a team. You have a positive attitude towards working with a team of highly diverse creatives, where everyone compliments each other.

Co-own the end-to-end experience of one of Ola’s customer-facing products (Ola Cabs / Ola Foods / Ola Money). Ideate, craft and iterate on experiences for new and existing products across the OLA ecosystem. Produce multiple concepts and prototypes, understanding when deeper exploration is warranted and when it is best to change paths and try another approach. Collaborate with fellow designers to constantly work towards consistent design language across OLA verticals. Work with your peers in product, engineering and use product insights to turn user insights and business needs into products that drive balanced business value through a process of quick explorations, product definition, and product validation Care about the impact of your work. Have a point of view on how to evaluate the success of your designs.

Skills

• Proficient in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects
• Fundamental knowledge of Cinema 4D, Maya, or Blender
• Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
