Job Description

Develop design for a wide variety of digital and physical needs, including advertising, printed materials, sales collateral, social media, websites/landing pages, videos, events, and presentations. Work collaboratively across teams to execute a cohesive vision. Take initial creative direction, present concepts, and designs, and deliver polished final assets. Conceive and drive the Ocrolus brand image across all marketing channels. Build and implement a visual vocabulary that can translate stories to our customers and prospects. Support a growing global marketing team and ensure our brand is executed well across all visual design projects. Develop style guidelines and a visual library to support our scale across marketing efforts. Develop strong working relationships with the global marketing team.

Skills

• Strong, clean visual design sense with attention to user-centered design.
• A portfolio displaying an excellent eye for detail, understanding of typography, and on-brand, differentiable aesthetics, and highlighting your direct contributions.
• Proficient visual design skills (e.g. extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment; able to multitask, stay organized and adapt to a rapidly evolving brand.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
